Payments are made within 2-5 hours during business hours. However, in some cases, this period may be extended. For example, out of stock times, night hours, maintenance times. Despite all these conditions, payments will be made within 3 days. When there are payments over 3 days, you can send us a ticket.
Mission rewards are not tied to us. Check the tasks you have done from the part you have done, from the upper or lower part. If the task you have done is written as not completed, we cannot interfere with this task. Otherwise, send us a ticket. Check out the topics for more information.
If you are having login problems, delete the app and reinstall it. If there are still problems, send us a ticket. If you get an error code, add it to the ticket.
When there is a new update, you will be prompted to update while logging in. If the update does not appear in the Play Store
If so, wait a few minutes. If it still doesn't appear, delete Play Store data and try again.
